The Memory Lane Assisted Living (MLAL) offering includes the sale of the business, real estate and all furniture /fixtures & equipment (FF&E).MLAL is dedicated to caring for those diagnosed with Dementia & is comprised of 3 houses (Merritt House, Carpenter House and Stoneham House) located in Washtenaw County within minutes of one another. MLAL provides its residents with a safe, intimate, & engaging environment to ensure that residents get the most out of their time at MLAL. Amongst the houses, there are 18 individual bedrooms with each resident having their own private room offering plenty of room for mobility, shared bathrooms & living rooms, as well as shared dining space in which residents have meals with staff & other residents similar to that of a family. MLAL's staffing ratio provides for one staff member for every three residents during the day, & one for every six at night which is more than double typical memory assisted living facilities. In addition, MLAL provides a visiting Physician, visiting Podiatrist, Recreational Therapist, In-Home lab & x-ray services, Hospice, Therapist specializing in eldercare, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapist visits, and Hairdresser.
