As a real estate expert, I regularly track everything currently for sale. In many instances, I know of homes  that are not yet listed on the Multiple Listings Service (MLS).

If you're looking to buy a home, please fill out the form below. I'll respond as quickly as possible and will reach out to discuss your home search criteria. Once I receive your information, the next step will be setting you up on my "Real Time Listing Notification Program" and you will be emailed your own personal web portal. It will have all of the listings that match your criteria and will be emailed to you. Your initial email will have all of the listing that are currently on the market. Any new listings that come to market from that point on will be emailed to you on a daily or hourly basis, whatever you prefer. You will also receive an email from me when your portal has been set up and include the instructions on how the program works. I will also include a “Buyers Agent Service  Analysis” and Agency Disclosures that are required by the State of MI. Thank you and I will be following up with you soon.
